He has cultivated exceptional teams, leading them to higher performance and using various diagnostic tools to measure employee engagement, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Business Background

Tod spent 30 years in the financial services industry. He led the legal Board of a banking organization during which time he served 6 years as the President & CEO. He was also a member of the executive leadership of a publicly traded financial organization.

Prior to that, he was a President and Regional Market Executive for Wells Fargo Bank. Tod has extensive experience in working intimately with clients across industries of various sizes from middle-market to publicly traded organizations. Tod developed deep trust and rapport with these partner clients, who viewed him as an extension of their organization.

Tod has spent his career coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams while also receiving the gift of being coached by executive coaches and senior mentors.
 
In his free time, Tod enjoys spending time with family members, various outdoor pursuits, and traveling; he resides in Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana.
