As the Client Services Coordinator, Madison supports executive coaching and leadership development programs, working closely with coaches, executives, and internal teams to ensure engagements run smoothly from setup through delivery. With experience in both client services and operations, she brings strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to client support, deliverables, and reporting processes. Madison holds a master's degree in business management from California Lutheran University, which enables her to think strategically and collaborate effectively across teams.

 

As a Southern California native, Madison enjoys outdoor adventures with her golden retriever, Poppy. Weekends are often spent hiking, at the beach, or heading to the pickleball courts. She also enjoys traveling to different countries and learning about new cultures, always curious about new perspectives and experiences.
