Her work has spanned executive coaching, organizational design, change management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and executive search, helping companies connect leadership strategy to real business outcomes.
Prior to joining Robertson Lowstuter and The Center for Sales Strategy, Martha held leadership roles within global advisory and talent organizations where she led market growth initiatives, built high-performing consulting teams, and supported enterprise clients across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, financial services, and professional services. She most recently served as a market leader in Korn Ferry’s interim HR consulting practice, helping organizations access experienced HR leadership and strategic talent solutions.
