As the Coordinator of Executive Client Services, Kendra's role is to deliver seamless, executive-level, personalized experiences for those navigating career transitions and leadership growth. Acting as a central liaison among Clients, Coaches, and internal teams, Kendra provides strategic and logistical support across all phases of career development. In her 5+ years at R|L, she manages multiple initiatives simultaneously, including company-wide communications, client engagement reports, and recurring projects that support operational excellence. She also maintains critical databases for sales activity, networking profiles, and referral pipelines. With a strong service ethic and dedication to excellence, Kendra's help ensures every client experience reflects the quality and integrity of R|L.


Kendra lives in the Des Moines, IA area. She enjoys crafting, writing, cooking, photography, studying history, and is a bonsai enthusiast. Living in a city that has a well-mixed bag of opportunities to explore, learn, and appreciate her various interests, she enjoys each experience in the moment and stores memories for a lifetime. The Des Moines area is very different then her previous experience living in Yao, Osaka, Japan where she worked as a Conversational English Teacher, where she taught at one time over 60 students, ranging from 4 to 84 years of age. Her time spent helped to engage with a vast array of people in new environments, challenge thought processes while keeping her commitment and dedication to her students' excellence.
