Kate comes to The Center for Sales Strategy with over a decade of experience in the education field as a teacher, coach, and mentor. 

In her hybrid role as Talent Analyst for CSS and Engagement Specialist for Up Your Culture, Kate combines her coaching and mentoring skills with her passion for creating workplaces where people are engaged and companies are thriving. She is driven by seeing others achieve and exceed their goals.

Born and raised in Iowa, Kate is a Midwesterner through and through. Her hobbies include gardening, canning, and watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball games.
