Business Background
Holly has built her 30-year career driving both organizational and individual growth. Early on, played a pivotal role in growing a $20M start-up to over $400M, becoming the largest outsourced sales organization in North America. As a Business Development Executive, she led strategic acquisitions and led cross-functional partnerships with Fortune 500 companies across telecom, cable, retail, energy, and emerging growth sectors. With full P&L responsibility in the Canadian market, she oversaw 400 direct sellers and 25 regional managers.
In management consulting, Holly led global account teams supporting Fortune 50 clients. Partnering with senior executives (N-1 and N-2) she aligned business and talent strategies to deliver people-focused solutions across the entire HR spectrum; Including leadership development, talent acquisition, organizational design, and business transformation. This breadth of experience equips her with a distinctive ability to guide senior executives through complexity, unlock potential, and accelerate enterprise growth.
Beyond her professional work, Holly serves as volunteer Leadership Coach and Facilitator with Braven Group, where she leads cohorts of first-generation college students in developing the skills, mindsets, and professional networks essential for thriving in their post-graduation careers. Her involvement with Braven reflects her dedication to expanding access and creating lasting impact through leadership development.
