Christy Glick, Senior Director of Communications & Projects, has been a part of the R|L team since 2007.  

During that time, she has served clients in career transition, coaching, and team building programs and partnered with leadership and coaches to enhance the programs and processes that contribute to client success.  She currently handles a breadth of internal processes and collaborates with her colleagues on developing proposals, creating team building and mentoring materials, editing, and a variety of other projects.  Christy values the balance between strategic thinking and execution, striving to accomplish goals with efficiency while fostering strong relationships.

After living in the Chicago area for about 15 years, Christy moved back to Berkley, Michigan, near her hometown. She loves spending time with her family, especially her five nieces and nephews. In her free time, she also likes cooking and baking, as well as singing and volunteering at church. She is an avid reader who has supported programming at her local public library through membership in the Friends of the Berkley Library since 2020. Christy holds a BA in Bible and Religion from Huntington University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University.
