Join LeadG2, a division of The Center for Sales Strategy, where we help companies drive inbound leads, improve sales enablement, support B2B marketing needs and optimize their revenue engine. As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for driving revenue growth by selling HubSpot products and services to potential clients. Your primary focus is understanding the unique needs and challenges of each prospect and strategizing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
What You'll Do:
As our next Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front lines—opening doors, identifying needs, and connecting organizations with the right solutions. Your role will focus on:
- Leverage AI tools to identify, research, and qualify new business prospects efficiently and strategically.
- Nurture and build relationships with sales, marketing, and executive leaders through multiple channels—phone, email, LinkedIn, and more to move opportunities forward.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect and utilize your HubSpot expertise to recommend customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
- Effectively forecast sales and close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's suite of products, keeping up with the latest features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal experts to create proposals.
- Use HubSpot to manage outreach, pipeline, and performance
What Your Bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot user in HubSpot CRM using Sales Hub. Bonus points if familiar with Marketing Hub and Service Hub
- 3+ years of HubSpot sales and strategy experience (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in platforms like Seamless.Ai, Copilot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven track record of meeting business KPIs/goals using HubSpot
- Experience in providing consultations for marketing executives, CEOs, and other members of leadership
- A sharp focus on your goals and a powerful work ethic
- Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Superior communication skills
