What You'll Do:

As our next Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front lines—opening doors, identifying needs, and connecting organizations with the right solutions. Your role will focus on:

  • Leveraging a robust, high-level network that can be activated to support organizational goals and growth
  • Prospecting new mid-size to enterprise-level business opportunities
  • Building trusted relationships with decision-makers in Sales, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the C-suite
  • Understanding business challenges and aligning them with our services
  • Partnering with internal subject matter experts to develop customized proposals
  • Closing new business and consistently growing your pipeline
  • Tracking your activity and progress in HubSpot CRM

What Your Bring:

You're not just a salesperson—you’re a connector, problem-solver, and relationship builder.

  • 3–7+ years in B2B sales—ideally in consulting, marketing, HR, or leadership development
  • A track record of success in new business development
  • Experience selling intangibles or service-based solutions to senior-level stakeholders
  • Passion for organizational growth, performance, and leadership excellence
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or a similar CRM)
