Beth Bowers is the Senior Vice President of Sales at The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS) and its portfolio of brands, including LeadG2, Up Your Culture, and Robertson Lowstuter. 

Prior to joining the CSS team, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where she was responsible for the revenue strategy and growth of the AJC portfolio. Her work drove significant revenue generation, business development, and talent development across multiple digital platforms and diversified revenue partnerships.

Prior to her role as Chief Revenue Officer,  Beth held senior leadership positions at Cox Media Group, including General Sales Manager. In this role, she led a high-performing broadcast and digital sales team. Through her collaborative leadership style, she was instrumental in executing strategic plans that drove key account growth and new business, while creating a positive sales culture through talent-focused management and continuous feedback.

Beth holds several certifications from CSS, including Facilitator and TFM, and has completed the Leading through Personal Excellence program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
