Allison has a knack for creating big picture strategy while also outlining the finer details to make a plan come together.

With about 19 years of experience putting CSS tools to work in media sales, Allison loves to share what she's learned to help others. Starting as a radio account executive, working her way up to handle national sales, and eventually becoming General Sales Manager for two radio stations, Allison attributes her success to her people-first approach. She's passionate about helping sales leaders leverage their unique strengths to accomplish shared goals.

Allison and her husband, Ryan, live in Fort Wayne, Indiana with their 4 children. She's fueled by faith, family time, a sense of humor, and plenty of coffee!
